Finca Verde 7

Finca Verde 7 is a Bonairian house with a modern touch. It is located in a quiet area with lots of privacy. The house is very stylish and has a large porch that almost completely surrounds the house.

When you enter the house you immediately enter the living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is made of polished concrete and barn wood and is equipped with a large 6 burner stove with oven, dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker and water tap and a cooking island. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a guest toilet. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet is located on the first floor. You enter this bedroom with the stairs located in the living room.

From the living room you enter the large veranda. Here you can dine or relax in a lounge chair with the nice Bonairean breeze and enjoy the tropical garden and swimming pool.

What makes this house unique is the large outdoor kitchen that has recently been added. Here you can make the most delicious dishes in the wood-fired pizza oven or use the green egg. Naturally, this kitchen also has a built-in refrigerator for refreshing drinks. In addition to the outdoor kitchen, the guesthouse is for rental or residence of friends or family. This guesthouse has its own kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and private veranda. The guest house is fully furnished and ready to use.

Next to the house is the carport with space for two cars. Here you will also find the garage. The laundry room / store room is located under the large covered porch on the side of the house.

The house is located on a private road that is shared with one of the immediate neighbors.

Finca Verde 10

Kas Palu is located opposite Finca Verde 7. Two “tiny homes” ideal for both short and long term rental. Both houses are fully furnished. Each has its own hot tub and a shared BBQ pit. The shared garden offers a lot of privacy per house. Both houses do have two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen with 4 burner stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, spacious covered porch.
