Thanks to its prime location, it’s just a short 10-minute walk to the heart of Kralendijk.

Inside, you’ll find 5 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom equipped with a refreshing rain shower, toilet, double sink, and a discreet automated climate control system. The beach villa boasts a generously sized infinity swimming pool, measuring 50 feet across, complete with sunbeds that seem to float on the water.

The kitchen, furnished with high-end “Bulthaup” appliances, features two Miele ovens, a cutting-edge Bora induction cooker, a large and luxurious Gaggenau refrigerator, a wine fridge, and a hidden dishwasher. There’s also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

On the upper floor, you’ll discover a deluxe private gym equipped with high-quality Life Fitness equipment, including a rowing machine, treadmill, cross trainer, power station, and dumbbells. Location

Kas Playa is located near Kralendijk, the capital of Bonaire, where you will find most of the shops and restaurants. The larger grocery stores are a mere 5 minute drive away, as is the International airport. Furthermore, some of the nicest beaches are just around the corner. The famous windsurfing spot Jibe City and Kitesurfing spot Atlantis are 10 minutes drive away.
