Mansion Bernabela is situated in the popular area of Sabadeco Crown Shores. The neighbourhood is a very quiet residential area and from the house you are just a minute walk away from the Caribbean Sea.

This prestigious home is located on a very large plot and is build with only high quality materials. You can see this both inside and outside the house. All windows are made of hardwood and have mosquito nets in front of them. This home is perfect for either European or American buyers because it has 220v and 110v electricity outlets all around the house. All rooms have an Airconditioning unit and through out the whole house you will find a central vacuum system. Moreover, throughout the house there is an alarm system. On all doors and windows there are sensors and all rooms have motion sensors. On top of the house you will also find 21 solar panels.

Tropical garden

From the front of the house you enter the pathway through the tropical garden with very tall palm trees. On this side of the house you will find the staircase to the upstairs area. On your left side you will find the very comfortable living area and on your right side there is fully equipped kitchen with an open floor plan, a bar and a kitchen island. The whole upstairs floor is made of marble which adds a luxury touch to it.

From the living room there are very large sliding doors that lead you to the porch that runs almost all around the house. From here you have a beautiful view over the Caribbean Sea and the ‘Bonairian Breeze’ keeps it cool and comfortable to relax. There is an extra guest toilet situated on the large porch.

Furthermore, you will find two bedrooms upstairs with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom is connected to the large porch and has its own bubble bath and walk-in closet! The other bedroom also has a very large shower.

Downstairs

Moreover, downstairs are an apartment and studio located. The apartment has its own entrance with a living room and open floor kitchen. The living room has sliding doors that lead you to your own personal porch on the side of the house. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms. From all three bedrooms you have sliding doors through where you can walk onto the outside terrace. Perfect for your morning swim in the pool.

Besides the apartment there is also a studio. This studio has its own entrance and is connected to the terrace downstairs. Next to its own entrance, it also has a fully equipped kitchen, living area and an own bathroom. The studio also has its own private terrace.

Swimming pool and jacuzzi

On the outside terrace there is a very large swimming pool with a jacuzzi. There is also an outside shower where you can rinse off after your dive into the pool or ocean. There is a direct entrance to the ocean with a walking path. Here you will find a staircase that leads you into the water, where you can find a beautiful reef for snorkeling or diving. It is almost a private reef because no tourist or boats can visit this dive site. Furthermore, the land in front of the house is Greenland which is divided into 6 parts and one of the parts will be owned by the new owner of Mansion Bernabela. Because of this you will always keep the breathtaking view that you have from this unique property.

Also on the downstairs area there is a very large garage where you can fit 2 cars. Here you can also do the laundry.
